Stonegate Developers Develops a New Hobby Lobby Retail Store in Morgantown, WVA

 

Stonegate Developers, LLC has started the entitlement process on a new Hobby Lobby Retail center located in Morgantown, WV.  

The 55,000 sf center will be located in the Gateway Retail Park at the I-79 & Chaplin Road.

 

Ground breaking for this project is projected to be Feb 2016 with an opening date of Fall 2016.

Stonegate Developers have been chosen to develop the new Arby's concept restaurants in the Charlotte area.

Stonegate Developers Break Ground in Boone, NC. on The Standard at Boone Student Housing.

 

Stonegate Developers has broken ground on the $70 million dollar mixed-use development, The Standard at Boone.  This will be the preeminent mixed-use/student housing project located in Boone, NC in support of the students at Appalachian State University.

 

Stonegate Developers along with their partner, Landmark Properties, will complete this project in July 2016.  The Standard at Boone will house 560 students and 15,000sf of commercial space.

 

 

 

 

Stonegate Makes Acquisition of Brightmoor Hospice Real Estate in Griffin, GA

 

Stonegate Developers acquired the Brightmoor Hospice Building in Griffin Ga.  Brightmoor is a state licensed Hospice center located in the Atlanta MSA market.  This physician-run operation was an investment that provided the required returns needed, a restructured long-term lease and an investment protected by state licensing.

Boone Town Council Approves Zoning Request for The Standard of Boone Development off of Blowing Rock Road

June 20, 2014. The Boone Town Council unanimously approved a zoning request for The Standard of Boone development that is proposed for a blighted stretch of property in between Faculty Street and Blowing Rock Road – parcels of property that currently include the condemned Scottish Inn, the Red Carpet Inn and vacant parcels adjacent to McDonald’s.
