Since 2002, Stonegate Developers has operated throughout all market conditions and cycles. Lead by the two principles in the company, Dale Tweedy and Jeff Wakeman, with a combined 70 years of experience in business and real estate development & Investments.  The company has developed over 200 projects in 22 states nationwide from single tenant retail buildings to large-scale student housing projects valued at over $70 million.  In unison with ground-up development, Stonegate has acquired, redeveloped, and invested in numerous real estate asset classes.  These asset classes, which became part of their investment portfolio, used their expertise and experience in development to unlock the value in each investment to produce better returns for their portfolio.   Ranging from Retail to Multifamily to Industrial, manufacturing and medical, Stonegate has in-depth experience in many real estate verticals from an investment perspective.

 

As part of their early real estate acquisition initiatives, Stonegate brought in investors from time to time.  Starting in 2014 Stonegate put a focus on formalizing their investor network and accommodating the investment needs of their clients.  In 2018 Stonegate moved clients to the Investor Management Service platform (IMS) to professionally manage the Clients global view on their investments.  Allowing investors to quickly capture a snapshot of their investments and analyze potential investments that may be available.

 

Today, Stonegate is currently taking on new qualified investors as they expand their investment portfolio.  Focusing on the southeastern U.S. which is identified as the fastest growing sector of the country, Stonegate sifts through numerous potential investments daily in search of assets that are stable and can provide aggressive returns to their clients.

Brightmoor Hospice Center, Griffin Ga.

Brightmoor Hospice is a state licensed Hospice center located in the Atlanta MSA market.  This physician-run operation was an investment that provided the required returns needed, a restructured long-term lease and an investment protected by state licensing which protects again competition.

Champions Point, Cornelius, NC

Champion's Pointe is located in the Kenton Business Park in Cornelius, NC it is a 13,000 sf multi-tenant office building consisting of single person offices at 220 sf up to 3500 sf spaces.  Built in 1998, it is constructed with masonry materials and a metal roof.  This property is currently 100% occupied.

Commercial Drive, Mooresville, NC

Commercial Drive is a two tenant 31,000 sf building located in Mooresville, NC.  This asset was acquired in 2017 as a long-term hold (generally 5+ years).  Close in proximity to the Lowes Home Improvement corporate headquarters, this building has a history of staying fully leased.

Chamisa Flex Space, Covington, GA

Our Chamisa Flex space investment is located in Covington, Ga. which is a suburb of Atlanta.  Consisting of 4 flex space buildings at 43,200 sf, this is a turn around project for our investors and is well underway.  When completed, this project will provide a higher than average return.
