Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., headquartered in Oklahoma City, OK, operates over 600 stores across the nation that average 55,000 square feet. Hobby Lobby is an industry leading retailer offering more than 70,000 arts, crafts, hobbies, home decor, Holiday, and seasonal products.
ARBY's
Arby's Restaurant's new concept expansion into the Southeast starting in the Charlotte, NC market in 2016.
Eckerd Drug Store
Rite Aid
Eckerd Drug store, which became Rite Aid Drug store during our development of several stores, consisted of a 14,000 sf masonry structure with a drive through. Developed in NC and SC.
SWISS FARMS
Swiss farms, Inc. is a unique double drive through convenience store/quick serve food store. Its unique structure and architecture created an impressive nighttime appearance. Located in Mathews, NC
XIO's Greek Restaurant
XIO's Greek Restaurant was part of an award winning mixed-use development called Peakway Market Square. The 3,700 sf specialty restaurant is located in Apex, NC.
DOLLAR GENERAL
As part of a roll out program for Dollar General we developed 117 stores in 36 months across the eastern United States.
